BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
Bookings are secured with a deposit. We request 50% of the total accommodation tariff to be paid AT THE TIME OF MAKING A BOOKING to secure your reservation.
A booking with us is NOT CONFIRMED without a deposit.
Our Chalets do not sleep more than 5 guests at any one time, unless it is a child in a cot, who has been booked in with us.
For stays longer than seven nights, we offer the 7th night free, even in peak times.
Groups may be catered for. Please contact us for details.
Check in is after 2pm (chalets are not available before 2pm due to cleaning), and checkout is before 10:30am.
Early or late checkouts cannot be granted without PRIOR arrangement with us. We are happy to help where we can, but it is dependant upon bookings.
Discounts and specials are only available by BOOKING DIRECT with us, via our online booking link, or by personal contact. We are unable to offer this discount if booking through agencies, Visitor Centres, accommodation resellers, wholesalers, or websites that charge us commission!
No refunds will be given on nights that are booked once you have checked in.
Extra guests beyond the booked number will not be able to stay without prior booking and may be asked to find alternative accommodation.
All tariffs quoted are current at the time of enquiry.
Rates are subject to change at management's discretion, unless secured by a deposit.
All prices are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian Dollars.
In making a booking with us, we assume that all terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
