In booking a Chalet we assume you have read all of these terms and conditions.

You agree to the following while staying with us.....

We expect that you will respect our Chalet and return it to us in the condition it is received. Clean,tidy and undamaged. Any excess of time required by us for repairing unreasonable damage, or extra cleaning beyond what it considered reasonable/normal will incur a fee of $100 per hour (prorata). Parents, this includes child related cleaning issues, such as food on the walls, couch or chairs.

If you do not wish to maintain a certain standard of the Chalet, please reconsider choosing self contained accommodation. A hotel or motel may be more suitable if you do not wish to self cater.

You are required to provide your own food and drinks. We provide you with a list of what is in your Chalet upon booking. A dozen eggs and a litre of milk are provided on arrival, after that you will need to supply your own. Please do not expect us to cater for extra milk, eggs or food unless you have prearranged it with us. The nearest store is 8km away for provisions should you run out.

All items in your Chalet, including furniture, are to be returned to the position it was upon arrival if you move them, or if you choose to put things away in cupboards.$100 per hour (prorata) will apply for time we have to spend finding things that have been hidden, or if we have to move furniture.

You agree to return the kitchen to us in a clean state, as upon arrival. Dishes are to be washed, dried and put away. Dishwashing is NOT included in your tariff. $20 a sink load will be charged for dishes that are not washed, not washed properly that we have to rewash, or returned to cupboards wet. We consider the stove, microwave, benchtops, fridge and tables part of washing up.We request that the fridge be emptied.

The BBQ is be cleaned after use. BBQs left for us to clean will incur a $50 charge.

Our Chalets are strictly non smoking indoors. Any evidence of smoking within Chalets will incur a $200 fee. You are welcome to smoke outside on the deck. Smoking is not allowed around the property or on any of our bushwalks.

Damage to bathrobes from cigarettes will require replacement at your cost. Replacement costs are $69.95.

We ask that you inform us immediately if you cannot find something that we advise you we provide, or if you have any problems using anything.

Candles are not to be placed on the TV, floors, decking or bath edges. Damage caused by irresponsible candle usage will be payable in full by the party who booked the accommodation.

Wilful or careless damage beyond what is considered reasonable, or stolen items, will be payable in full by the party who booked the accommdodation.

Children: Must be supervised. Please do not ask us to look after your children. Children that come to our private home will be sent back to their Chalet. Children cannot play in our home, nor can our children go to Chalets to play.

Checkout time is BEFORE 10:30am. We begin cleaning at 10:35am.

We are only a small family business, not a large hotel chain. We need your help to maintain our high standards, and keep costs for you to stay here at our current level.

In making a booking with us, we assume that all terms and conditions have been read and accepted.
