- Are Cloud Nine Spa Chalets Hosted Accommodation?
No, we are not a B&B "hosted" kind of place. We leave you to be you. We are here to meet and greet you personally, and more than happy to help during Reception hours. After you arrive at your Chalet, we do not disturb our guests during their stay (unless asked for or pre-arranged). As we live and work on site, you may see us in the public areas or at Reception, so feel free to say Hi! Apart from you knowing we are here for you if needed, we want your stay to be as private and relaxing as possible.
You will need to self-cater for your meals, and have something organised for at least your first night and morning. (Starter milk and eggs supplied). We will provide you with information regarding places to eat when you book, or you can request the information anytime by email.
- Are you disabled friendly?
Sorry , no, we are not wheelchair accessible, and suggest that guests who find steps too much may not find our accommodation suitable.
- Do You Cater For Children?
Yes, we invite children to stay.
We have a few special things for our younger guests, which we will not reveal here, but will greet them in their Chalet!
All children are charged at the additional guest rate unless they are NOT YET CRAWLING, in which case they are free.
Children not in a cot are all to be allocated a bed and included in the booking numbers/max guests.
A "Child" is considered to be ANY YOUNGSTER WHO IS MOBILE, and the child tariff is payable, regardless of age. Children booked as infants who are in fact mobile, will be charged the child rate upon departure.
We have porta cots and high chairs for hire should you require one $10 hire fee.
You may also request a bucket of toys when booking. These are free of charge. Bath toys are provided in the bathroom cupboard.
Adults are expected to supervise children at all times, both in and out of your Chalet.
