DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Deposits are to be PAID AT THE TIME OF MAKING A BOOKING by credit card.

Methods of Payment, Deposit Amounts and our Cancellation Policy are listed at the bottom of this page.

DEPOSIT AMOUNTS

Please be aware that a Booking with us is NOT CONFIRMED until we have received a Deposit.

OFF PEAK TIMES:

ALL BOOKINGS: Payment of 50% will be required to confirm your booking, to be received by us at the time of making your booking.

Any balance owing is due on ARRIVAL, in full.

PEAK TIMES (School Holidays, Public Holidays, Christmas, Easter etc):

ALL BOOKINGS: Payment of 50% will be required to confirm your booking, to be received by us at the time of making your booking.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE for peak time bookings due to the popularity of these times. Please be sure you can honour your booking when making it. Deposits may be transferred to alternative dates should you need to cancel, but will not be refunded.

Cheques:

Personal cheques by PRIOR arrangement with us ONLY.

We have EFTPOS facilites and take VISA and MAstercard.

Net Banking

By prior arrangement with us, agreeing to the payment being made within 24 hours of reserving a date, and the payment receipt being emailed to us within that time frame. Please make sure you put your name and booking date!

Unsecured reservations will be held for this 24 hour period only awaiting deposit notification, failure to do so will void the reservation and the dates will be made available.

$100 administration fee applies

14 days or less

No refunds at all will be offered unless we are able to rebook your entire reservation, in which case the deposit amount will be refunded minus the $100 admin fee. Alternatively, you may transfer your deposit to alternative dates.Please be sure of your ability to uphold your reservation when making a booking. You agree upon making a booking with us that you are able to uphold any reservation made. We reserve the right to cancel with notice any booking if we feel it is not legitimate.

All refunds will be processed on the day of the original booked date. In making a booking, we assume that all Terms and Conditions have been read, and accepted
