$25 per extra person/bed applies to all guests who require a bed. This includes any child not using a porta cot. Sorry, we are not able to alter bed configurations, or cater for more than five (5) guests per chalet, including children, unless they are sleeping in a cot.
CHILDRENTo enable us to keep catering for children, the following charges apply due to the extra cleaning children create for us. -Infants (not yet crawling) in porta cot: Free (BYO Porta Cot, or pre book one with us- once off fee of $10 to hire) - Crawlers through to toddlers in porta cot: $20 per night - Any child not using a porta cot: A bed must be booked at $25 per night. |
CHECK IN TIME: After 2pm (Chalets are NOT be available before 2pm due to cleaning requirements!)
DEPARTURE TIME: Before 10:30am. (Late checkouts are not available due to cleaning requirements!)

Bookings are secured with a deposit, payable AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Discounted rates for nights three onwards and specials are only available by BOOKING DIRECT with us.We are unable to offer these prices if booking through other websites, visitor centres, resellers, avenues that charge us commission,accommodation wholesalers, or on stays of two nights only.
Please note: All specials are quoted for a couple using one bedroom, and all food provided caters for 2 people. An additional $25 per person, per night is required to accommodate extra guests, and food can be upgraded to cater for more (charges apply). Our Midweek Special is only available off peak- more details below!

Please Note- "Midweek" is defined by your 3 or 4 day stay being between the four midweek nights of Monday- Thursday, the exception being Monday Public Holidays, which are NOT included. "Weekends" are defined by Fri, Sat & Sun and Public Holidays.

For all bookings made for a stay during the month of February 2012. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or when using Gift Vouchers. Includes a complimentary bottle of "Bubbly" on arrival. Can only be used for stays of a continuous nature, in one Chalet, the swapping or interchanging of guests/Chalets during the stay is not considered a continuous stay.The special is offered using the provided linen, no additional linen/towel changes will be available at this price. All bookings at this price will be required to be paid for with a 50% deposit at the time of booking by credit card. The balance is due on arrival in full. This special if offered by booking direct with us ONLY by email or telephone. We cannot offer this special if booking through reseller sites (such as Stayz, Take-A-Break etc), Visitor Centres, or by any other means that charge us commissions. Our normal 14 day cancellation policy applies.
