Our animals are available for hand feeding and petting anytime the kids want. We can provide food for the animals free of charge to our guests, young and old alike. Official feeding time is 9am everday, so you can meet up with us and join in the fun! Our walk in style enclosures enable you to get close to the animals. We can tell you all about them and help the kids learn about them. Adults are not essential at feeding time**, providing your child is responsible enough to take care with the animals, and find their way back to your chalet. A minimum age of 6 years is required for unsupervised animal feeding. Please see our Meet The Animals cloud above for pictures on our gang of furry, wooly and feathered friends. (**Adults are requested to supervise their children at all times. We cannot be responsible for your child, but all due care will be taken.)

Kids can enjoy themselves in our bushland playground. There are lots of interesting things to climb on, swing and burn off some energy. We ask that adults supervise children at all times, especially the under 5's. If you wish to bring bikes for your children, there is plenty of safe bike riding room at each chalet. (we just ask that they do not ride to the other Chalet, to respect guests privacy!)

For quieter times, we offer all children under 12 our Cloud Nine Colouring Competition, complete with a pack of pencils for them to keep. Every 3 months we will choose a winner and send the lucky kid a special prize. Each child we enter gets a Choccie Frog for their efforts!

We can provide a box of age appropriate toys for the really little members of your family. The toy boxes are free of charge, safe and suitable for children 0-3, and 3-6. We just ask that the toy boxes are returned in the condition they are recieved.

Your chalet comes stocked with a variety of board games, suitable for all the family. Enjoy, but please take care to ensure all pieces are returned to their box and that you inform us of any missing items

Youe Chalet has a large DVD collection, some specifically for the kids. We do suggest that you bring some of their favourites..

Babies are catered for too! We can provide a high chair, porta-cot with linen, baby swing, car booster seat and stroller. Please advise of your needs at the time of booking and we will endeavour to cater for your littly. A small charge of $10 is requested for each item you wish to use. (Once off charge- not per night!)

SAFETY: All care has been taken by the proprietors but we advise that there are safety issues for children on any rural property. Farm animals, even the most tame ones, could prove dangerous. Please supervise your children at all times. We also have a few dams that may prove unsafe without adult care. We request that children are supervised AT ALL TIMES including while at the playgroud. We advise that snakes can be a hazard in the country, and although we have seen very few on our property, they can appear at any time, particularly during warmer weather

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: Although we are more than happy to accommodate children, the extra cleaning often created by children is an issue for us. Please be aware that we EXPECT parents to clean up any undue mess children may create, such as food on walls, chairs and couches. A fee of $100 per hour (prorata) will apply for any extra cleaning time or damage repair beyond what is considered the expected or reasonable norm after a stay.
