BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

***Please note***- Payment of one night's accomodation required to confirm booking, to be received by us within seven (7) days of making your booking. In the case of one night stays, $100 will be requested.We will automatically cancel your booking and release it back onto our vacancies list if a deposit is not received in this time. We DO NOT chase up deposits Our deposit policy ensures we are only taking legitimate, genuine bookings (as we are only a small family business, guests who do not show up or cancel at the last minute make our business unsustainable, and therefore we have had to put this policy in place or increase our tariffs, which we do not want to do.) Please contact us within the seven days if you are unable to meet our deposit request.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (a fee applies for AMEX), cheque and cash! Personal cheques need to be paid in full one week before arrival date (Please note- 2% charge applies for American Express- this is half the fee charged to us)

Cancellations: Any cancellation made before fourteen days of your arrival will result in a full refund of deposit. A $100 fee applies to bookings cancelled within fourteen to seven days of your booking date, regardless of whether you are booking for another time. (If we are able to refill your entire cancellation, the $100 will be refunded to you.)Any cancellation made in the last seven days of booking date will result in a loss of deposit.
